Parea Bistrot in Milan is a great spot if you want something modern but still relaxed. The beef tartare with rainbow turnips and coffee mayo stands out for its bold, balanced flavours, while the tagliolino with lemon butter, salmon tartare and burrata is creamy, fresh and really well done.

Fun fact

During our visit to Parea Bistrot, we were surprised by how many people were outside. At first we thought we were wrong, since so many people were there drinking their afterwork. All over the street, they were having a sociable drink. This atmosphere completely pulled into our dining experience. Trendy music played in the background, and as the evening got later, the music got louder. Very nice atmosphere!
