I visited Sava a while ago, but I still remember how delicious everything was! Every single tapas dish I tried was great. The flavors were rich, fresh, and perfectly prepared, definitely a place I want to return to soon.

Sava Mechelen occupies the ‘De Kat’ building, a structure with deep historical roots dating back to the 15th century. Rebuilt in 1661, it originally served as a location for apothecaries and physicians. The building’s façade is adorned with ‘cartouches’ and sculptures that silently narrate stories from its medical past.
