The salmon tataki was fresh and refined, and both the tartare and steak tartare were full of flavour. The tagliata di manzo and lamb filet were perfectly cooked and wonderfully tender. The sides, sweet potato fries, cauliflower and oven-baked potatoes, were all delicious and completed the meal beautifully.
