Nona Pizza in Brussels is a cosy pizzeria in Brussels. It is a hip restaurant for artisan Neapolitan pizzas, plus organic wines and craft beer. They make handmade pizzas using simple, seasonal ingredients.
It’s one of Brussels’ most loved pizza spots, known for bringing a modern, thoughtful approach to a timeless classic. Founded with the idea that pizza should be simple, seasonal, and made with care, Nona has quickly become a reference for high-quality Neapolitan-style pizza in the city.
At Nona, everything starts with the dough. Made from carefully selected flour and fermented slowly, it results in a light, airy crust with just the right balance of chew and crispness. The pizzas are baked in a wood-fired oven, giving them a subtle smokiness and the characteristic blistered edge that pizza lovers look for.

Em’s star rating
I had a lovely meal at NONA, enjoying the Bufala Motza-Bella with tomato, creamy bufala mozzarella, olive oil, and Parma ham, alongside the Patanella with a rich white base, pecorino, smoked scamorza, roasted potatoes, and sausage meat.
Fun Fact
NONA is not just one restaurant, but a family of five Italian spots in Brussels, three dedicated to pizza and two focused on fresh pasta, all sharing the same philosophy of simple recipes, quality ingredients, and a love for Italian food done right.
