Grabuge Brussels

Grabuge in Brussels feels like walking into a lively creative bubble tucked away in Saint-Gilles. The space sets the tone immediately: playful furniture, an open kitchen buzzing with energy, and a slightly chaotic charm that makes the whole place feel like an intimate dinner party.

It’s the kind of restaurant where you sit down, look around, and already sense you’re in for something memorable. Grabuge shines when you go with friends who enjoy trying new things. It’s social, expressive and full of personality, and the shared-plate format makes the evening feel like a collective adventure.

Grabuge offers a creative and lively dining experience. The scallops are perfectly cooked, while dishes like caulifritter, squiddy, and drunk duck showcase bold flavours and careful execution. With inventive twists like moo pink and fausse caccia, the restaurant blends creativity and quality for a memorable meal.

One of the quirky touches in the restaurant’s design is that some of the wooden tables are mounted on a pulley system, so if the vibe gets lively and a dance floor suddenly seems like a good idea, the tables can literally be raised out of the way to make space.
