Em’s star rating
Nightshop in Brussels offers a relaxed yet refined dining experience with thoughtful, seasonal dishes. Highlights include the fresh ricotta with sun-dried tomato, the savoury flatbread with confit onion and anchovies, and the precise dry-aged tuna sashimi. The agnolotti and rainbow trout are elegantly prepared, and even the beetroot with winter leaves shows careful attention to detail. Loved it!
Fun Fact
Behind what looks like an ordinary garage door on Rue de Flandre hides a space that’s part restaurant, part wine bar, part intimate natural wine cellar, and all of it lit by candlelight in the evening to create a warm, moody atmosphere that feels almost secret‑club‑like.
