Had a fantastic evening at Gaston Rooftop in Gent. The pornstar martini and lazy red cheeks were both expertly crafted and refreshing. The artisanal pinsa romana was flavorful with a perfectly crisp crust, and the cheese croquette was rich and indulgent. The lazy ravioli with ricotta cream was creamy and comforting, making for a well-rounded and enjoyable dining experience high above the city.

Gaston was one of the first true rooftop bars in Belgium, opening as a summer pop‑up on top of the historic Galveston industrial building and becoming a seasonal highlight in Gent’s food and drink scene with panoramic views over the city and even petanque available alongside food and cocktails.
