I stopped by Mono Coffee in Antwerp with some friends and was really impressed. The atmosphere is cosy and relaxed, perfect for a morning catch-up or a solo coffee break. We tried the salmon toast with egg, and the avocado toast with salmon, and both were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Even the simple avocado toast was delicious.
