We had a very nice dinner at Villa Doria. The tuna tartare and shrimp croquettes were fresh and flavorful, the tagliolini and beef carpaccio with truffle were well-balanced, and the monkfish, grilled tuna, and filet pur were perfectly cooked. Desserts were satisfying, and the service was friendly and attentive.
Fun fact
Villa Doria is known for letting guests see straight into the heart of the kitchen as soon as they enter, because the design intentionally exposes the kitchen area so you can watch the chefs at work preparing Mediterranean‑inspired dishes.
