The foodbar serves dishes that feel confident and comforting at the same time, from whipped ricotta and pork belly to a solid chicken parmi, fresh tartar and perfectly crisp shoestring fries. Add the relaxed Zuid atmosphere and the mix of locals and hotel guests, and it’s an easy place to linger longer than planned.
