As an appetiser, we chose the Crispy Nobashi Shrimps with miso aïlo, asparagus sprouts, toasted sesame and burnt lime. Then we both chose the beer-battered & fried Soft Shell Crab burger with coleslaw, pickled fennel and spicy seaweed mayo. Loved it!
Fun fact
They don’t just stick to classic burgers, you can find unexpected creations like a crab burger with kimchi or sides like miso marshmallow desserts, which is pretty wild for a burger place.
