We went for a cosy, hearty meal at Walrus, starting with a classic spaghetti bolognese. The linguini with pesto, roasted vegetables, goat’s cheese, and bacon was also very good.
Fun fact
Walrus is known for sticking to old-school Belgian “grandmother-style” recipes. Think dishes like stoofvlees and vol-au-vent made the traditional way, rather than following modern food trends. It’s actually part of why the place has become a bit of a local favourite for comfort food.
