Picniq is a small Korean restaurant in the centre of Antwerp that focuses on bold, flavour-driven dishes with a modern twist. The kitchen takes inspiration from both Korean street food and traditional recipes, serving things like bibimbap, kimbap and bulgogi, all made with carefully sourced ingredients.
The menu leans towards sharing plates, so you can try a mix of flavours, often paired with Korean drinks like soju or beer to complete the experience. The space itself feels calm and intimate, with a minimalist interior that keeps the focus on the food.

Em’s star rating
Picniq is such a nice find in Antwerp. The food feels fresh and full of flavour, and I like how they give Korean dishes a slightly modern twist without overcomplicating things. The vibe is calm and intimate, which makes it easy to just sit, share a few plates and enjoy the evening.
Fun fact
Picniq plays with the idea of Korean “home-style” cooking, but reinterprets it in a modern way. So you’re not just getting traditional dishes, but versions that feel a bit more refined and unexpected than what you’d typically find in classic Korean kitchens.
