The dishes are refined but still approachable, and you can taste the attention in every plate. I absolutely loved the food and experience there. It’s one of those spots where you just sit back and enjoy the whole evening. Will definitely be going back!
Fun fact
The name “De Balans” isn’t random; it refers to balance in everything they do, from flavours on the plate to the way the menu is built. The idea is that no element should overpower another, which is something you really notice once you start eating.
