Takumi Ramen in Antwerp is part of a wider European concept that started in 2007, with the goal of bringing authentic Japanese ramen to cities outside Japan. The focus is very clear: traditional recipes, imported spices, and noodles that come all the way from Hokkaido in Japan to keep the taste as close as possible to the original.

Really good ramen. The broth has a lot of flavour and the noodles are spot on. It’s simple, quick, and just hits the spot every time. Perfect Asian comfort food.
Fun fact
Takumi imports its ramen noodles directly from Japan, so even though you’re in Antwerp, the texture and taste stay very close to what you’d get in an actual ramen shop there.
