Two years ago, we experienced one of Chef Giel Parys culinary dinners at Smissebroek. Recently, we had the chance to do it all over again, this time in Antwerp at Beamstreet Studio.
Giel, former sous chef at the two-star restaurant Hertog Jan, hosted an exclusive seven-course dinner in collaboration with Beamstreet. The evening took place at Beamstreet Studio, a creative space owned by Noortje Palmers, where gastronomy, design and atmosphere came together seamlessly.
Just like we remembered, every dish was beautifully balanced, seasonal and full of surprising flavour combinations. Combined with carefully selected wine pairings and the intimate setting, it made for a memorable evening from start to finish.

Giel Parys was part of the kitchen team at the legendary Hertog Jan, working alongside Gert De Mangeleer.
