Bottega Barlie feels easy and relaxed, but the food shows real care and quality. The sourdough with olive oil is simple but delicious. The redfish ceviche with cucumber, dill, and pickled chili is fresh and well-balanced, while the stracciatella with apricot and roasted hazelnuts is creamy with just the right touch of sweetness. The tartar with egg cream, mustard, and watercress is rich and full of flavour, and even the Greek salad feels fresh and thoughtfully done. Loved everything! I will definitely be going back there.
