The grilled squid with parsley was perfectly cooked and full of flavour, and the sardines were fresh and delicious. The focaccia with onions, pistachios, and parmesan was a delightful starter, and the baked hake with roast vegetables and aioli was beautifully prepared. Every dish was thoughtfully crafted and showcased high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a memorable meal in Eygalières.

The restaurant was opened by Édouard Giribone, who previously made a name for himself with the popular restaurant Edú in nearby Saint‑Rémy‑de‑Provence, and at Bistrot Quàsi, you can even find creative touches that nod to Marseillais classics, like the wood‑fired moitié/moitié pizza (half anchovies, half Emmental), a fun local favourite.
